Del The Funky Homosapien releases surprise album

Let me go ahead and clear up the confusion that literally no one is suffering from: Del The Funky Homosapien is not Beyonce.

Still, the Bay Area legend (who was once known simply as "Ice Cube's cousin") is the first artist to follow in King Bey's footsteps, dropping a surprise album on Soundcloud for the whole world to hear.

Oh, and Del actually does one better than B. The new album, Iller Than Most, is 100% free. Check it out below:

This is a true solo project, with Del doing all the rapping and producing for the entire album. As stated in the post's description:

This is a new FREE LP that is futuristic and fun- but still on some Hiphop shit. Lyrically ill but fun to listen to, nothing super heavy. I did the production on it as well. Hope yall enjoy it, peace.

It's been a great few months for DTFH fans. Not only did 2013 see the release of the first Deltron 3030 album in 13 years and a new album from Del's collective Hieroglyphics, now we have a completely free new LP to kick off 2014.
