Happy New Year, MStars News readers! Now that it's been a few days since New Year's Eve and that hangover has finally gone away, it's time to remember all the good times you didn't have and peek into the world of the celebrity New Year party. In this week's edition of Best Celebrity Instagrams, we'll see how the rich and famous rung in the new year.

Rihanna partied harder than you ever could (but served dinner first), Selena Gomez hung out with some old friends in her PJs and Kim Kardashian reflected on all the changes the year brought into her life. Check out the 10 best celebrity New Year's Eve/New Year's Day photos below:

Rihanna documented her New Year's night extensively on her Instagram account, from serving dinner to hitting the clubs to getting all tuckered out from partying too hard. Before she decided to "Pour It Up," RiRi kicked off the night by helping to prepare dinner for some of her closest friends... all while wearing designer duds and luscious eyelashes, of course.

Miley Cyrus rocked Times Square on NYE and brought in 2014 by smooching Ryan Seacrest. But, before she took to the stage, Cyrus celebrated simply by rocking a hoodie and some festive glasses.

Demi Lovato also performed at a New Year's celebration in Canada and was quite chilly while doing so. The "Neon Lights" songstress showed off all her layers but promised she was still rocking her "birthday suit" somewhere under all those clothes.

One Direction's Zayn Malik and his fiancée Perrie Edwards did a little ice skating to round out 2013 and posed for this friendly photo.

Taylor Swift and Modern Family's Sarah Hyland had a humble New Year's Eve in. The actress posted this loving photo on Instagram, wherein her midnight kiss was a three-way between Swift, her and High School Musical star Matt Prokop... on the cheek, of course!

Selena Gomez had a similar small night in with some friends, apple cider and footie pajamas.

And Ke$ha brought in 2014 by writing music with her mama.

Kim Kardashian, who tweeted that she stayed in and played board games with her family on New Year's Eve, reflected on all the things 2013 brought her on Instagram, by showing her newborn daughter North West holding her massive engagement ring from Kanye West.

And the biggest celebrity news of New Year's Eve was that The Big Bang Theory star Kaley Cuoco got married to Ryan Sweeting. She shared some wedding pics on Instagram, including her poofy pink dress.

Finally, though, Britney Spears wished her Instagram followers a happy 2014 with a handwritten note.
