Fleetwood Mac lead singer Stevie Nicks will guest star on the first 2014 episode of American Horror Story: Coven, which airs on Wednesday, Jan. 8 at 10 p.m.  on FX. News of her casting has been public for weeks, but now fans can get a first look at the singer in action!

E! Online obtained a photo of Nicks alongside Coven star Lily Rabe, who plays Misty Day on the show. Rabe's character is more or less obsessed with Nicks on the show, and she often plays Fleetwood Mac music in her home in the swamps.

The Jan. 8 episode will see Fiona (Jessica Lange) bring Nicks to New Orleans to meet Misty Day as a way to test the potential Supreme. As a bonus, Rabe and Nicks will sing together during the episode.

According to E! Online, series creator Ryan Murphy said he used Nicks as an inspiration for the Misty Day character and even consulted with the Fleetwood Mac singer about Coven:

"I love her character, she is obsessed with Stevie Nicks. The season really is an allegory and a metaphor for any minority group in the country where you feel alone, so she's a girl that has never known any other witches and all she's ever known is Stevie Nicks," Murphy said. "So I reached out to Stevie Nicks and asked her if we could use her music, and she thought about it for a while and then she said, 'Oh OK, since it's you, I'll do it.'...It's really fun and great and we use I think eight Stevie Nicks songs this year, so that's our musical stuff that we do."

Gabourey Sidibe told E! that Nicks was "awesome" when she was on set and acted like a fan for some of the time.

"You can tell she really likes the show too. She was like, 'Who's going to be the next Supreme!?'" Sidibe said. "She was all in it and gets really, really excited. It was fun having her."
