Miley Cyrus NOT dating Kellan Lutz, 'Twilight' heartthrob tells Ryan Seacrest 'I'm happily single' [LISTEN]

Rumors initially suggested that Miley Cyrus was dating "Twilight" heartthrob Kellan Lutz. Well, that's just not true - the 28-year-old actor is "happily single."

So, maybe Lutz was spotted "flirting" with the 21-year-old "Wrecking Ball" songstress - that doesn't mean they're an official couple!

"These rumors are hilarious," Lutz told fans Monday on Ryan Seacrest's popular radio show (Jan. 6). "It just makes me laugh... I've been friends with Miley for like six years. She's an amazing girl... we are friends [and] we run in the same circle."

The "Immortals" cutie considers Cyrus a "cool, secure woman," but insists that they're not dating.

In fact, there's no one leading lady in Lutz's life right now - and he's okay with that. "I'm happily single," Lutz reveals. "I'm not [looking for a relationship] right now. I'm enjoying life and traveling quite a bit... there's no real time to find the one."

So maybe they did "hook up" - but it looks like both Lutz and Cyrus just want to have fun at the moment. Nothing too serious - and if that makes them happy, then great!
