Reports confirm that Young Jeezy was arrested in Atlanta for charges including battery, false, imprisonment, and making terrorist threats on Friday (January 3). The "Soul Survivor" rapper allegedly attacked and even threatened to kill his own son in a violent incident that occurred back in September 2012.

TMZ recently obtained documents that claim Jeezy got into a fight with his son in a bathroom for unknown reasons. The Hip-Hop star threw the boy into a glass shower door, resulting in a head injury. He then allegedly punched his son in the face, dragged him into the bedroom, threw him down on the bed, and began beating him up repeatedly.

Apparently the son tried to escape the attack, but Jeezy's bodyguard blocked his escape.

Jeezy (real name, Jay Waynes Jenkins) has two sons - Shyheim and Jadarius Jenkins.

According to the documents, 36-year-old Jeezy even choked his son and threatened, "I will kill you."  The son allegedly told authorities that his dad said, "I will put a bullet in your head right now... If I could get away with it, I would kill you."

The incident allegedly occurred in Sept., 2012.

Jeezy ultimately turned himself in to authorities on Friday after a grand jury warrant for each charge was issued. He was released on a $45,000 bond.

Jeezy's attorney released this statement to TMZ, "We have no doubt this matter will resolve itself appropriately. At this moment, Mr. Jenkins is thankful for the support of his fans and the respect for his family's privacy."

Stay tuned as details develop.

Back in March 2005, Jeezy was arrested for an alleged shooting involving some of his friends in Miami.
