Kris Humphries has herpes? former Kim Kardashian lover fights back at his accuser Kayla Goldberg, she's been too busy to sue me!

We guess the "hump" in Humphries is good for something, because according to TMZ Kayla Goldberg claims ex-husband to Kim Kardashian, Kris Humphries gave her herpes. 

There's only one problem, the NBA player says that Goldberg has slept with so many men, she can't truly make claims that he is the one that is responsible for transmitting the virus to her. 

If you don't know the full story, lets recap. In 2012 Goldberg sued Humphries claiming that the two had unprotected sex back in 2010, and that she had contracted genital herpes.

Now documents filed by Humphries attorneys say that Goldberg admitted during a recent testimony that she did not have any hard evidence of Humphries being the man who gave her the STD, because she has had multiple sexual partners.

The ex-husband to the Keeping up with the Kardashians star wants Goldberg's lawsuit dismissed. According to the site, Humphries promises that he does not have genital herpes, and medical documentation can back that up!

Meanwhile, in basketball news, Humphries will not be playing in Tuesday nights game. The Boston Celtics player reportedly sat out of practice on Monday due to a apparent sprained left ankle, according to Masslive.com. 

The Celtics take on the Denver Nuggets in Tuesday night's game.
