Documents show BET did order male host B. Scott to change his look due to looking like a girl

Mstars has learned the explosive internal details of emails and texts between BET executives who have admitted that they did in fact order transgender host, B. Scott to change his clothes during last years BET awards pre-show because he looked too feminine.

According to TMZ B. Scott is suing the network, claiming that he was ordered to leave the red carpet to change his clothes because they wanted him to look more like a man.

In his original attire, Scott wore a long blue tunic, black pants, with long weave extensions and heels, when he returned his hair was pulled back into a ponytail and he then wore a blue blazer, black pants and flats. See attire here.

Following the orders, Scott also removed his make up as told, and according to the site he was never added back on the red carpet to continue hosting the show.

Prior to the show an email was sent from BET Music Programming President, Stephen Hill saying, "I don't want 'looking like a woman B Scott.'  I want tempered B Scott."

Network Vice President Rhonda Cowan replied, "I can speak to him about being less womanly."

BET had drama on deck, because B. Scott went off after being told to change his wardrobe.

BET producer Stephanie Hodges added an email right after the broadcast, "He got upset and said he was going to blow this s**t up and call GLAAD."

BET's statement was that the network "embraces global diversity" and regrets unintentionally offending anyone in the LGBT community.  

But after the cover up an email from BET's Vice President of Digital Marketing of BET Shows & Web Originals, Monique Ware said:    

"The spin should be he was late for a live show and subsequently replaced and it would have been awkward in a live show to have the person assuming his role removed and him inserted." She continues. "Unless we can make public the reason we didn't want him dressed the way he normally does, I would stay away from suits, suit selections, etc."

Smart woman. In multiple emails and text exchanged, BET executives say that Scott had been drinking, tardy for the show, and wore attire not following the dress code, and were not approved.
