Parquet Courts have really taken the slow and steady approach to indie stardom. The New York/Texas buzz band self-released their debut Light Up Gold at the end of 2012. The album caught fire and was reissued by What's Your Rupture in early 2013.

Now, more than a year after the album's release (and well after releasing an additional EP of material), Parquet Courts finally made their network television debut on Fallon. The Johnny Depp-Ben Gibbard-Beck-Michael Cera lookalike quartet played their motorik-driven track "Stoned and Starving" off their first LP, throwing in some solid feedback shredding for good measure.

Light Up Gold and Tally All The Things That You Broke are available now.
