Kim Kardashian death threat: Kanye West assault victim yells 'I will kill you, sl*t' during racist attack, KimYe ready to press criminal charges

More KimYe drama's blowing up all over the web.

On Monday (January 13), an 18-year-old male approached Kim Kardashian in Beverly Hills and began verbally attacking her. At one point he started yelling at the paparazzi, "F*ck these fa*got-a$$ n*ggers!" When the reality starlet told him using such language was offensive, he allegedly screamed, "F*ck you b*tch.  Just trying to help you.  Shut up n*gger lover, stupid sl*t."

Kim K was not amused... and neither was her fiance, who'd just arrived at the same medical office of chiropractor Richard Hill. The Yeezus rapper rushed the young man and allegedly punched him in the face. The "KUWTK" beauty then screamed, "We have it all on tape!"

Crazy stuff.

Cops were called, and now Yeezy is the subject in a criminal battery investigation.

But apparently, KimYe wants to press charges, too.

At one point during the altercation, the verbal attacker allegedly yelled, "I will kill you, sl*t!" Kardashian took it as a threat and wants him prosecuted. She's already met with lawyers and is prepared to file her own police report.

Whatever happens in the end, this is not a good situation for West... he's already in hot water for attacking a member of the paparazzi at LAX a new months ago. Prosecutors will use anything to help their case.
