Readers can probably assume that rapper Eminem's a Detroit Red Wings supporter when it comes to the NHL, but fans in Dallas can now rock-out to Shady's new hit "Survival" when their team hits the ice during the third period.
On their official team website, the Dallas Stars just released a new "hype video" featuring the hard-hitting MMLP2 rap tune. Check it out:
The short clip features some kicka$$ hockey action... of course including some intense on-ice fights between players. Awesome fan reactions throughout the arena are also featured in the video, along with some hot dance moves from the Dallas Stars Ice Girls.
Wonder if Slim Shady approves?
Dallas might need the hype - the rank no. 5 in the NHL Western Conference Central Division (out of seven teams) with a 20-18-7 record.
They play the Edmonton Oilers on home ice at American Airlines Center on Tuesday (January 14).
