Barbara Palvin's rumored boyfriend Niall Horan undergoes knee surgery before One Direction's 2014 'Where We Are' tour. Posts 'complete success' news on Twitter

One Direction's Irish heartthrob Niall Horan has had plenty of knee troubles over the years, so a recent "emergency surgery" took place in order to prepare him for his upcoming stadium tour entitled "Where We Are." Though Horan is currently recovering from this surgery, he has already told all of his Twitter followers that it was a "complete success" and also asked for privacy while he rests up before tour.

"Niall has battled this problem since he was a child. His knee dislocates and it is very uncomfortable,' a source explained. "He's had physio sessions for years but the pain persists so surgery is the best solution to have him fully fit and ready for the demands of a long tour."
