And the dance war continues off cameras. Dance Moms star Kelly Hyland has been legally issued to have any contact with her daughters dance instructor, co-star Abby Lee Miller.

After MStars previously reported that Kelly Hyland the mother of Brooke, 15 and Paige, 13 who are dancers on the show, attacked the girls instructor, Abby Lee Miller back in November.

It all started when Miller had "threatened" to replace one of the girls with another dancer. Hyland, who is very blunt and outspoken on the Lifetime show went off.

According to TMZ, Hyland was in a NYC court Tuesday morning facing assault and harassment charges. Hyland faces the charges after the alleged attack on the dance studio owner in that altercation back in November.

Sources report that both women were inside of the courthouse, and also a cameraman from Lifetime . At the hearing, Hyland was reportedly ordered by a judge to stay away from Miller while the case is pending. The mother of Brooke and Paige is not allowed to talk, make phone calls, or tweet the dance instructor.

So if fans were wondering if the show is all scripted, this show-down proves that reality drama, is real!!
