The day ends in y, which means it's time for another round of rumors about the Man of Steel sequel known as Batman vs. Superman. Today's round of news deals with Stephen Amell, star of the CW series Arrow, and Jason Momoa, whose name will not disappear from this project despite his best efforts.

Fandango's Scott Huver spoke to both Amell and Momoa during the 2014 TCA Winter Press Tour and each actor discussed the superhero sequel. Many fans have been wondering if Arrow would tie into a shared DC movie universe, similar to the way Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. fits in with The Avengers and other movies in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. On that subject, Amell urged everyone to have some patience:

"All we have to do for something like that to happen, or even be a possibility, is continue to take care of business with our show and then we put ourselves in a position - but the important thing is our show. I have had discussions, but I think the gestation process for this project is a lot slower than most people think. I mean, they haven't even shot the next one. They haven't even shot a frame of the movie before the movie everyone thinks is the Justice League movie!"

Other rumors tied Amell to the Justice League movie.

Meanwhile, Momoa's name continues to pop up for a cameo role as Aquaman (or possibly even Doomsday or Martian Manhunter) in the film, but the former Game of Thrones actor again denied the rumors:

"Oh, man - it's rumors. Everyone obviously wants to ask, but I can't really comment on rumors. When it popped up, I even had people going like 'Congratulations!' I was like, 'On what?'"

The cynic in me would like to point out that Momoa did not state outright that he would not be in the movie. He continues to say "It's just rumors" more often than not when asked about it.

What do you think, fans? Should/will Arrow fit into a DC movie universe? Will Momoa appear in the movie despite his recent words? Let us know in the comments below.
