Linkin Park Attended Japan MTV Awards

American rock band Linkin Park was nominated in Japan's MTV Awards and joined the awards show on Saturday June 23.  They were nominated in three categories for best group video, best rock video and best album of the year.

They joined the hottest Japanese and Korean bands and other international pop stars including J Soul Brothers, EXILE, JUJU, 2PM, 2NE1, Girls Generation and more.

The event was held as a charity event at Makahari Messe Event Hall instead of the usual awards ceremony.  All donations will benefit the Japanese Red Cross Society for earthquake relief funds.
