Justin Bieber's team wants him to seek psychotherapy after arrest

Justin Bieber's team are attempting to goad the troubled singer into a round of psychotherapy following his DUI arrest in Miami, according to TMZ.

"Sources connected with Bieber tell us ... they have been trying to get him into rehab for months, but he has scoffed at the idea -- he won't have a conversation about it and insists he doesn't need it.

So we're told his people believe the next best step is psychotherapy ... to deal with both his drug problem and the underlying issues that have caused it. We're told Justin has not rejected the notion of therapy and is willing to have the discussion when he returns to L.A."

Bieber's mother Patty Mallette had seen the Biebz heading down this path for a while, asking people to pray for her son prior to his arrest for drag racing and DUI. Bieber had allegedly blocked off the street with SUVs to make a makeshift racetrack.

Since Bieber's arrest, celebrities on both sides have come out to chastise or support the pop star. Seth Rogan called the Journals singer a "piece of sh*t" while Ariana Grande called for compassion and Lady Gaga called upon her own massive army of fans to support Justin's Beliebers.

In the meanwhile, the internet at large has had fun with Bieber's mugshots, turning the smiling, jumpsuited Canuck into a meme.
