We all know that 2014 Justin Bieber loves to drag race while drunk and throw eggs at his neighbor's house, then get arrested or at least in a whole lot of trouble for said actions. But do you remember the good ol' days of 2013 when he would be accused of and charged with assault? Luckily Justin hasn't forgotten, so he took some time off from deportation threats to head back to his Canadian homeland to turn himself in on an assault charge from December.

According to reports from the victim and police, the international pop star allegedly hit a Toronto limousine driver in the back of the head several times back in December. During this incident, Bieber was mobbed outside of the car he ordered by photographers and fans, and then got into the vehicle. While en route to a hotel, police say one of the passengers assaulted the driver, with the suspicion focused on Bieber himself.

'The driver stopped the limousine, exited the vehicle and called police,'' a statement said. ''The man who struck him left the scene before police arrived.''

'The Toronto Police Service requested that Justin Bieber appear in Toronto today to face an allegation of assault relating to an incident on December 29, 2013. We anticipate that this matter will be treated as a summary offense, the equivalent of a misdemeanor in the United States,'' Justin's attorney, Howard Weitzman, said in a statement.

Bieber turned himself in this week, though just last week he was pleading not guilty to his allegations of driving while under the influence in his now infamous Miami Beach drag racing arrest.
