Elton John's 'Goodbye Yellow Brick Road' 40th anniversary reissue to feature Miguel, Ed Sheeran, Fall Out Boy covers

Elton John's classic 1973 album Goodbye Yellow Brick Road is getting a star-studded reissue. Along with the standard bells and whistles of remastering and outtakes, this deluxe 40th anniversary edition will contain a CD of covers from Ed Sheeran, Fall Out Boy and Miguel among others.

Recently, Elton John performed in Russia in spite of the country's strict anti-gay propaganda laws. John has since been held up as a symbol of how tolerant the country is (by Vladimir Putin himself) in spite of the fact that the hateful laws remain on the books.
