Jay Z, Beyonce join forces for pre-Super Bowl performance

"All the time" is a good time for music in New York, but with the focus of the Super Bowl shining down on East Rutherford, let's just say the concert schedule got a little more cramped. The Foo Fighters played a parking lot, Drake played a TV channel's party and Jay Z and Beyonce teamed up on stage for Direct TV.

Ok, so mostly it was a tripped out Jigga show (with Rage Against The Machine visuals like blacked out American flags and FBI warnings) but Bey did show up to tag team "Drunk In Love" with her hubby.

Speaking of rocking a concert that wasn't even hers, Bruno Mars' performance at the Super Bowl halfime show largely led to folks remembering how great King B's performance was the year before. Buzzfeed's top story right now (in spite of the fact that the Super Bowl just ended) is "The 33 Greatest Moments From The Only Super Bowl Halftime Show That Really Matters" featuring a recap of Bey's year-old halftime stint.

Of course, I'm in the minority that would lose my mind more for "Izzo" than "Drunk In Love" but Beyonce bringing her own special brand of stage antics never hurt anything.
