For Jerry Seinfeld's Crackle web series Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee, he reunited with old pal Jason Alexander and revisited their Seinfeld characters, Jerry himself and George Costanza. A clip from the bit aired during yesterday's Super Bowl, but the full 6-minute version is now available to view.

This gathering was the first time the two have been together in character in 16 years, besides the fictional show reunion on HBO's Curb Your Enthusiasm. As an extra bonus for fans of the show, Jerry's infamous nemesis Newman made an appearance as well.

"Fox approached Larry and me about doing some kind of Seinfeld reunion for the halftime broadcast because of the New York connection," Seinfeld said in a statement. "So we thought throwing Jerry, George and Newman into a Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee was a fun way to do it. Larry and I wrote the script in one sitting, just like old times, and working with him, Jason and Wayne was a total blast as it always was."

In the episode, George and Jerry head out in a 1976 American Motors Pacer to Tom's Restaurant in New York City for some coffee (their resident coffee shop in the show). At first Jerry has the idea to go somewhere new because they put cinnamon on their tuna (yuck), but of course it's closed and they have to go to the regular joint. Even though it's a real place and was always shot from the outside, the scenes indoors on the show were a separate set.

They played best friends for so many years in the '90s, and they've still got it. From the initial bickering in the car to the over analyzing of the point of mumbling and "over-cheering" at a football game, it was pretty classic Seinfeld.
