Philip Seymour Hoffman's long time partner makes funeral arrangements for Friday; drug dealer arrest made

The final touches on actor Philip Seymour Hoffman's funeral are being made by his longtime partner, Mimi O'Donnell. 

TMZ reports that O'Donnell came out on Tuesday to go to the funeral home located in New York's Upper East Side, to make final details on the Friday service. The mother of 3 was accompanied by Hoffman's personal assistant, Isabella Wing-Davey. 

The Hunger Games actor and O'Donnell were together for 15 years, and have three kids, Tallulah Hoffman, Cooper Alexander Hoffman, and Willa Hoffman. According to the site, the funeral service will be small and private, only allowing in family, and close friends. 

New York police also made 4 arrests in connection the the actors death. TMZ reports that law enforcement have obtained a search warrant and are currently working and reviewing a scene of a New York apartment. Sources reveal that the target is two individuals, who are believed to have sold Hoffman the fatal heroin. 

An informant told police, that the alleged dealer was a musician for a huge rapper, and would use a secondary dealer who sold cheap drugs that could be fatal, when the dealer would run out. Hoffman apparently would receive the secondary supply. 

The developing story has revealed that 4 suspects are now in custody. Drugs were found in apartment units and in this case, there are 3 males and 1 female. Police have found in possession at the apartment,  glassine baggies filled up with heroin. 

Robert Vineberg is one of the suspects and has played saxophone for Mick Jagger, Amy Winehouse, who also overdosed on drugs, Wyclef, and more. The musician has been charged with felony drug possession.
