Paul Walker's daughter Meadow to stay in the states; actors will actually worked out in the way Walker wanted (see legal documents)

MStars previously reported that it was a little bit of drama brewing with the late actor Paul Walker and his family. Now it seems that everything will possibly be ok, because we all know money can break up happy homes. 

According to TMZ,  Walker's will stated that he wanted his mom to take on parental roles of his daughter that he had with Rebecca Soteros. Strange how death works, because now the will reflects exactly Walker's wishes. 

The Fast and Furious star drafted a will back in 2001, and it makes his mother, Cheryl the legal guardian of Meadow. The drama was started when no mention of Walker's baby mother was included. 

At the time, when the will was drafted, Meadow lived in Hawaii with her mother, but now it seems that was a twist of fate. Three years ago the The Fast and Furious star's daughter moved to Southern California to stay with her dad, while her mother continued to live in Hawaii. 

The gossip site is now claiming that Meadow as said she wants to continue living in the Golden state, and that her mother, Rebecca agrees. Walker's baby mama is going to continue living in Hawaii. 

Because of this decision, it is only right that Walker's mom, Cheryl is made the legal guardian of her granddaughter, Meadow. 

Walker's father is the executor of the will and has a petition with the court to make Walker's wishes come true. Cheryl will be the trustee of Walker's $25 million estate, that will later be released to Meadow.
