It is not a secret that Grammy winning rapper Macklemore has dealt with drugs in the past, after all he does use his past in several of his songs on the album, "The Heist."

But RadarOnline is revealing that the rapper has also been in trouble with the law. Ben Haggerty is Macklemore's real name, and is now collecting several traffic violations for speeding and driving without a license.

According to the site, the 30-year-old was cited in an Oregon court on Jan. 11, 2013 for violation of speed, driving 11 to 20 mph above the speed limit. In July 2013 he was pulled over again for a similar action in Washington State, when a patrol office saw that he was driving 75 in a 60 mph zone near Seattle.

The surprise is that court records show that the rapper was born on June 19, 1982, in both of his documents filed, but if you look up Macklemore it states that he was born in 1983.  Was this just a simple error  that got repeated twice?

See the documents.

We may never know what his true age is, unless Macklemore decides to come up with a rap song about it.
