Ariana Grande Splits With Boyfriend Nathan Sykes

It seems a rarity for celebrity couples to stay together for a long time. For a while now people have been praising one of R&B's favourite couples, beautiful singer, Ariana Grande and Nathan Sykes of popular boy band The Wanted, but she has announced they have now split, saying it happened "a while ago". The couple had only been dating a short while, but they were the talk of the music industry for the short while it lasted.

With the media always keen to get a sniff of the latest goings on it can sometimes be tough for celebrity couples to remain friends after a split, but the pair have stated they will remain friends. It's unlikely it will be long until the pair are back on the dating scene. Ariana has for a long while been the envy of male attention, and Sykes will be moving on to pastures new after his band announced they would be splitting up, despite their huge success.

Apparently he didn't hurt Ariana either, with her adding "He's such a great person. I adore him and he's so talented." So women shouldn't beware. It shocked the celebrity world to hear of their split, as the pair had shown a huge amount of public affection and appeared to be very much still in the honeymoon state.

Perhaps they weren't as close as we thought, or they rapidly grew apart, but regardless, they're young, rich and attractive, so it won't be long until the pair are seen smiling again, even if it's at the hands of a new love interest.
