Could Ms. Marvel also appear in 'The Avengers 2: Age of Ultron'?

Reports surfaced earlier that Paul Bettany, who voiced Tony Stark's (Robert Downey Jr.) artificial intelligence JARVIS in the three Iron Man films and The Avengers, could play the role of Vision, the intelligent android who eventually joins the superhero team, in The Avengers: Age of Ultron. But another report claims that yet another hero could join the roster.

Latino-Review reported on the Paul Bettany news, but the site then supplemented that report with the claim that the last major role in Joss Whedon's superhero team-up sequel is that of Carol Danvers, aka Ms Marvel. If true, then this puts the number of major super-powered characters in this movie near the double digits.

But who would play Ms. Marvel? Comic Book Movie reports that it heard Katee Sackhoff's (Battlestar Galactica) name as "kinda sorta maybe" in talks for the role several months ago, so Ms. Marvel's inclusion has been a possibility for quite some time. But Latino-Review is one of the first, more reputable sources to mention it in any concrete way.

Furthermore, the site does not reveal any more details about Ms. Marve's connection to the movie, but it does claim to know how she fits into the plot. Unfortunately, Latino-Review decided not to divulge that information just yet.
