The first week of February was truly jam packed with celebrity news. There was Super Bowl XLVIII, the birth of Kevin Jonas' first baby, Jay Leno's final The Tonight Show episode and the start of the 2014 Winter Olympics. It's all enough to make your head spin.

With all the big events, how does one keep track of the best of the best? Through a filtered lens, of course. Check out this week's best of Celebrity Instagram.

The week kicked off (literally) with Super Bowl XLVIII, wherein the Seattle Seahawks absolutely slaughtered the Denver Broncos. While most of us where watching from home, celebs flocked to the MetLife Stadium in New Jersey.

Seattle resident and resident Grammy winner Macklemore was on hand to cheer on the Seahawks alongside a bunch of buddies.

And Nina Dobrev from The Vampire Diaries was also there!

Breaking Bad's Aaron Paul also showed up to the Super Bowl to party, but not before snapping a selfie with New York Giants player Eli Manning.

Other celeb news this week included the birth of Kevin and Danielle Jonas' first daughter, Alena Rose Jonas. The new parents couldn't get enough of showing off their new bundle of joy on Instagram, including this sweet snapshot.

And Alena Rose's famous uncles also got in on the action.

As one thing begins, another must end. Thursday night (Feb. 6) after 22 years, Jay Leno left The Tonight Show. Kim Kardashian and Oprah were there to bid him adieu.

And of course, the biggest event this month is the Olympics! Yesterday (Feb. 7), the Sochi events kicked off with the Olympic opening ceremonies, and US athletes Shaun White and Lolo Jones were there to Instagram their winning experience.
