'Real Housewives of Atlanta' star Kim Zolciak reveals sweet picture of twin daughter Kaia at 2 months old during bathtime

Life is so easy and sweet, when you're a baby. Kim Zolciak may busy bouncing around with twins, but this mother of six still finds away to post photos of her children. In her latest Instagram post, the former Real Housewives of Atlanta star posted a pic of baby Kaia getting a bath.

"Daddy @kroybiermann bathing Kaia right now! Isn't she the cutest!!!" Zolciak, 35, posted on Monday, Feb 10. "She loves her bath time with daddy every night!!" In the photo, Kaia is sitting in her baby tub getting "soaped" up. 

Zolciak and the Atlanta Falcons player, 28, have a total of six children, the twins, Kaia, and Kane, 2 months old, daughters, Brielle, 16, and Ariana, who Biermann adopted from Kim's previous relationships, and their boys they had together, KJ, 2, and Kash, 17 months old. The twins, born in November are hopefully the last to complete this huge family.

MStars recently reported that Kim and Kroy were thinking of operations to prevent another pregnacy.

"We'll do something permanent because I'm so fertile!" Kim said in an recent interview.

Zolciak claims that she could not undergo getting her tubes tied due to high blood pressure. "After the babies, my blood pressure was so high. We just didn't do it." Guess she is using her high blood pressure as an excuse, suggesting that her husband Kroy would be the one to have a vasectomy.
