And the engagement drama continues. MStars has learned that actress Gabrielle Union and NBA Miami Heat player, Dwyane Wade are about to be handed more issues.

The engagement and wedding may be over just as soon has it started. Some uncovered claims are now being made about the Being Mary Jane star's fiancé.

According to RadarOnline, the ex-wife and baby mama of Wade has filed court documents claiming that the Heat player is heartless, a cheater, and a woman beater, who infected her with an STD!

Siohvaughn Wade, who has two boys with the NBA all-star revealed the shocking news, in a series of documents. It is no secret that the exes were in a nasty divorce, and custody battle, but this news is making things worse.

MStars is wondering what Ms. Union has to say about this new claim. Will the actress become fed up with all the drama, or will she still be walking down the aisle soon?

According to Siohvaughn, Wade had two sides, and two personalities and was a different man after they got married on May 18, 2002. "I had known that Dwyane Wade had a temper and could become violent at times," she said in the documents, "but when we moved out of my mother's home ... into our own apartment with our infant son, the violence increased. This, however, was just the surface of the domestic violence Dwayne Wade would inflict upon me."

"As Dwyane Wade's income increased," she claims, "his arrogance and pride increased as well. Dwyane Wade began to call me derogatory names more, throw things at me, hit me, take all my money from me, and even kicked me out of the house causing me not to have a place to live. ... As a means of controlling me, and as part of Dwyane Wade's domestic violence pattern, he would often hit me, lock me in rooms and not allow me out, threaten to take my sons from me and frighten me by telling me he knows judges and that they are on his pay roll and he can take the children from me at any time he wanted. The domestic violence and abuse continued on for several years in our family."

Wade is claiming that his ex-wife is a lair, and denying the whole story, and is currently suing Siohvaughn for defamation in another case.

"I tried to leave Dwyane Wade, but when I did, he made sure I did not have access to my own home and he cut off all my bankcards and denied me access to any money," she continues. "This exerting of power and control has continued to this day."

Siohvaughn claims, "He picked up a garbage can made of marble stone and threw it at me. Dwyane Wade picked me up into the air above his head and slammed me down onto a large ottoman with such force that the ottoman broke into pieces when he slammed my body on it and banged my head against a marble bathroom floor."

"Subsequently," she claims, "I ended up having to be rushed to the emergency room of Christ Hospital and spent an entire week hospitalized."

Siohvaughn went on to say that her former husband continued to cheat on her, and was diagnosed with an STD when she got tested, resulting in Dwyane filing for divorce on May 27, 2008.

"The marriage has ended but Dwyane Wade's abuse has not ceased," Siohvaughn said in the documents, "and through the court system he continues to use his money and influence to exert power and control over me."

Siohvaughn does state that Dwyane gave her attorney a lot of money to accept a settlement that she disagreed with.

In the settlement, the mother of two was given the couple's home in which they shared in Illinois, but ordered to refinance the mortageg on the property. Siohvaughn refused to do so, and has now fallen behind on payments, claiming that banks refused her and would not let her refinance.

Dwyane filed a motion to find her in comtemt for letting the house go up for foreclosure, but his ex fired back in new filed documents in January saying that she could not afford the payments. She also says that she is in more finical trouble, due to Dwyane's endorsements failing to deposit his earnings into his court-ordered mutual account. They are accused of routing the money straight into Dwyane's pockets, which the ex is saying is a "conspiracy."

The judge has taken the side of Siohvaughn, denying the Miami Heat star's motion to find her in contempt.

The exes are due back in court on February 28 to discuss selling the house or refinancing.

Sounds like a script right from "Being Mary Jane," except the other way around, YIKES!
