The topic of Stone Cold Steve Austin's wrestling one more match is one that has lingered more or less since he retired back in 2003. In recent years, many fans had hoped that he would fight CM Punk, but that's an issue for another time. But the likelihood of any match decreases with each passing year, and a new report casts even more doubt on the possibility.

PWInsider.com reports people close to the Texas Rattlesnake don't think he will ever wrestle again. When WWE filmed Tough Enough a few years ago with Austin as the host, he got into the ring to work out a bit. But in doing so, he hurt himself more than he expected simply by stepping into the ring to horse around for a bit. According to the report, this made Austin realize how dangerous it would be for him to get back into the ring for even one more match, let alone any sort of run.

Austin has discussed the topic numerous times on his podcast, The Steve Austin Show, but he has never officially said that he is finished for good; however, he has often implied that he would not want to work in WWE's current environment and has explained that "one more match" would actually involve about six months of work.

Daniel Bryan's WrestleMania 30 Opponent

F4WOnline.com reports that WWE has yet to decide Daniel Bryan's opponent for WrestleMania 30, but the match between him and Sheamus that was once considered a lock is more than likely not going to occur. Two of the most-discussed ideas are Daniel Bryan vs. Triple H and Daniel Bryan vs. Batista vs. a third party for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship.

On a related note, speculation is that Randy Orton's recent booking (losing to Daniel Bryan, John Cena and Antonio Cesaro in singles matches) could mean that Orton might not even be the champion at WrestleMania, and that he could lose the title at the Elimination Chamber pay-per-view.
