Jeffrey Dean Morgan, from Grey's Anatomy Denny Duquette fame, will guest star in Showtime's Shameless.  Entertainment Weekly reported that Morgan will be the manager of a diner, Charlie, in the season finale.    Morgan's appearance in the finale is set for Sunday, April 6.  Shameless airs Sundays at 9  p.m. on Showtime.

In 2009, Morgan appeared on the hit-series Grey's Anatomy as Denny Ququette, Katherine Heigl's Izzie Stevens' love interest.  Prior to Grey's, Morgan played Judah Botwan, the father of the Botwan clan, in another Showtime series, Weeds.  Since his most noteable television appearance, Morgan has appeared in films like P.S. I Love You, The Resident, and The Possession.

Oscar nominated Emmy Rossum and William H. Macy star in the dark Showtime series.  The show is set in Chicago, IL. on the south side of the city.  Shameless focuses on the Gallagher family as they cope with their dysfunctional relationships.  In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, Rossum said, "It's equally hysterical and over the top as it is grounded and dark in the drama. I think everyone can relate to family dysfunction and to the struggle of survival in today's economy, and I think that it's really about loyalty and family. Against the odds even when your own family messes up, will you stick by them?"
