Today, jurors in Jacksonville, FL. for the Michael David Dunn trial has reached a verdict on 4 out of 5 counts. According to USA Today, jurors said they could not reach a unanimous verdict on Count 1 -- first-degree murder -- or any of the lesser offenses related to it. Dunn, 47, has been on trial for shooting and killing Jordan Davis, 17, in a parking lot over Davis' loud rap music. The jury's deliberations are still ongoing.

Dunn is facing charges of first-degree murder, three counts of first-degree attempted murder, and one count of shooting or throwing a deadly missile.

The Twitter-sphere has been buzzing about the trail and the majority of users are outraged of yet another case in Florida involving the shooting and killing of an unarmed minor by men who feel threatened by the minor. George Zimmerman, 30, made headlines in 2013 for the shooting and killing of Treyvon Martin, 17. Along with #DunnTrial, #JordanDavis and #JusticeforJordan are also linked to this trial.  Race is brought into the pictures of these trials because the stereotypical image of an African American male has caused two young, unarmed, African American teens to lose their lives.
