MStars has learned that an out-of-business video store in South Carolina gave a lesson to a former customer about making sure you return videos to the store.

According to TMZ, Kayla Finley has been arrested for videos! Finley was arrested Thursday Feb. 13, when visiting the Pickens County Sheriff's Office for an unrelated issue.

When visiting the Sheriff's Office the police discovered that Finley had a 9-year-old warrant, and guess what it was for....a rented video.

Finley allegedly rented Monster-in-Law, starring Jennifer Lopez, Jane Fonda, Michael Vartan and Wanda Sykes. Finely rented the video from Dalton Video back in 2005, and failed to return it. The store owner reported the issue to the police before going out of business, we do not know when that occurred, but police claim they have been trying to find Finley about the warrant for years and never received a response.

In her defense, Finley claims she never got a notice about the rented video, but police didn't care they arrested her and sent her to jail. The "renter, stealer" was later released on bond.

Finley's charge was: "failure to return rented video cassette." We wonder if Libraries will start doing the same thing for failure to return books.
