Looks like newscaster Sam Rubin isn't the only one get caught up in a case of mistaken identity. During his recent trip to London, actor Jackie Chan had a mix up with princes William and Harry.

Chan made an appearance at a wildlife preservation conference in London Wednesday (Feb. 12) when he ran into the two princes. All seemed to be going well until it came time for Chan to tell the two apart. That's where things got tricky.

According to reports, Chan congratulated the Duke of Cambridge on his recent trip to the South Pole with wounded soldiers. Chan says he saw it on television. Maybe the picture from his television was a little distorted.

"Prince William said, 'No, that was my brother,' and I said, 'I'm sorry.' But they look almost same, huh?" Chan told the U.K newspaper, The Times.

The two princes were joined by their father Prince Charles, for the Illegal Wildlife Trade conference, calling for an end to the trade. The conference also focused on elephant and rhino poaching.

During a speech, Prince Charles had this to say:

The group should "take urgent action to put a stop to this trade, which has become a grave threat not only to the wildlife and the people who protect them, but also to the security of so many nations."
