On Feb. 27, the ABC prime-time show Grey's Anatomy is set to return. "Take it Back" will have the hospital staff reacting to April Kepner's wedding. The show will air at 9:00 p.m. EST.

We last left the doctors in a pivotal moment and the episode will have its traditional Grey's drama: Meredith will feel betrayed when Derek goes back on a promise, Alex will be furious after returning to the hospital and hearing the news about his father, and Arizona and Callie will have to decide whether or not to move forward together. Meanwhile, Bailey will eventually realize she was wrong about the motive behind Ben's decision to move back to Seattle.

When the President of the United States calls Derek, he has to anwer the call. He had previously promised Meredith that he would cut back on work and take care of their children while she went ahead with her research, as he is already an established surgeon.

Alex had been coping with his drug-addicted father's abandonment his whole life. Having his father return into his life just to leave so quickly can only bring the angry Alex fans know best out from hibernation.

After Arizona's infidelity, Callie has to decide if she wants to repair their relationship or move on. Arizona had began seeing Leah shortly after Callie had kicked her out of their home. Callie has rethought her marriage after learning that her own father had, had an affair and her mother stayed with him.

Bailey had been going through an obsessive-compulsive episode that turned into a complete nervous breakdown. Feeling overwhelmed from work and Ben's return to Seattle, she is left feeling helpless and in a panic. Ben understood that she needed him around, but Bailey was too headstrong to admit she needed help.

This episode will mark the Spring return of Grey's 10th season.
