Chris Brown and Drake have been offered $1 million each to fight each other at a formal boxing event, according to CNN.

Celebrity boxing promoter Damon Feldman said the fight would feature three minute rounds with oversized gloves, protective head gear and potentially, Rihanna as a ring girl, CNN reports.

Feldman is asking Rihanna to take part but acknowledged she'll likely pass, CNN reported.

Drake, Brown and their respective entourages clashed two weeks ago at a New York City nightclub, throwing bottles at each other and injuring several people.

While the investigations over the fight continue, on Tuesday the New York State Liquor Authority suspended the nightclub's license.

Last week, the bar was also sued by NBA player Tony Parker who suffered an eye injury during the incident.

The fight at Soho's club W.i.P left at least five people hurt.

Brown tweeted a photo of his gashed chin but later deleted it.

Brown's girlfriend Karrueche Tran suffered a concussion and his bodyguard had its head sliced open, requiring 20 stitches, the singer's lawyer Mark Geragos told the New York Times.

An Australian tourist was also injured and needed 16 stitches.

Accounts differ as to how the fight started.

Among the rumors were that the fight started over Brown's ex-girlfriendRihanna who has been romantically linked to Drake.

Media reported that the fight started after Drake sent over a note to Brown that read: "I am fu--ing the love of your life."

Another account by tabloid TMZ, is that Drake sparked the fight after he flashed the middle finger to Brown's bodyguard and they engaged in trash talking.

Khaliah Clark, a fashion stylist who witnessed the brawl at the W.i.P told the New York Times that it started when Brown asked a waitress to send a bottle of Champagne to Drake but the waitress returned with the bottle in hand.

It was then that the bottles started to fly from Brown's table to Drake's table.Brown's lawyer told the Times: "There was no note. There was no bottle of Champagne sent over...Clearly this was orchestrated by Drake."
