RHOA Apollo Nida, Peter Thomas identity theft and fraud scandal were together? Cynthia Bailey shuts down fraud rumors

Phaedra Parks' and Apollo Nida's legal troubles are dragging Real Housewives of Atlanta cast member, Peter Thomas into the mix, but is wife, Cynthia Bailey is denying all rumors.

In an interview with Jet magazine, Bailey sid that her husband has nothing to do with the multiple counts of fraud and identity theft.

"I can't speak on Apollo, but I can say that Peter Thomas doesn't have anything to do with a bank fraud scandal to my knowledge," Bailey said. "The feds are not sitting outside of our house. That is just not accurate information ..."

Thomas opened up about his friend, Nida's recent arrest and charges saying that he's far from a bad guy in an interview with Sister 2 Sister.

"I don't know nothing about it," Thomas told Sister 2 Sister. "I have absolutely no comment on his arrest."

Thomas added, "I just have to wait, like everyone else, to see how it plays out. I hope that everything will play out in the best form."

Both Thomas and Nida started off rough, almost fighting each other at Km Zolciak's baby shower, but became friends and were involved in yet another fight where Nida tried to prevent the fight and later attacked Kenya Moore's friend, Brandon.

Thomas defended Nida actions for the on camera fight saying, "He's a really nice guy."
