The Order 1886 is currently available for pre-order, but will hit shelves for Playstation 4 gamers in the Fall of 2014. This week, Playstation released a brand new official trailer for the game as well as a gameplay video that also includes some commentary from developers. Find out what one of the most anticipated video games of 2014 looks and feels like right here!

Developed by Ready at Dawn Studios, there's something very striking about The Order 1886. Yes the game is about 19th century warriors with crazy weapons fighting off some sort of monster strain, but the look and feel of the game are catching gamers' attention in these new videos and previous demos.

The point is immersiveness, making sure the player, once they're involved, that emotionally they don't get detached," co-founder and creative director Ru Weerasuriya said. "Every single time you break it, regardless of whether it's a visual break, that changes the way cinematics [change] from gameplay, or whether it's a loading screen that changes the pacing, all of those are pace-breakers."

Presented in a widescreen display with a lower-than-usual 30 frame count per second, the game has been garnering plenty of praise from the gaming community.

"Every single element is really there as a tool to deliver an experience," Weerasuriya told Kotaku. "There is no one thing."

You can also check out some gameplay footage as well as some great commentary from developers in this other new video from Palystation:
