RHOA Phaedra Parks, Apollo Nida Cheating Scandal Rumors: Did Apollo spa date with Instagram crush happen on Valentine's Day in midst fraud charges?

Real Housewives of Atlanta Apollo Nida may have been caught cheating on his wife, Phaedra Parks with a mystery woman around Valentine's Day. Nida was away from Parks for a party and tweeted, "I'm here, Columbia SC Let's Go!!! Palace 2."

One mystery woman @audigirl33 tweeted back, "Thanks had a great night chilling with u and bro at palace and mobay [restaurant and bar]."

What really has the rumor mill spinning is when another woman posted a comment insinuating she saw him on an intimate date with a woman not named Phaedra, "think I saw u at urban nirvana spa today while I was at Starbucks ... Too bad you weren't with Phaedra but that other woman :/"

In the middle of his latest legal woes, Nida has been reportedly caught in a cheating scandal of his own.

Real Housewives of Atlanta reality star couple Phaedra Parks and Apollo Nida are facing legal troubles together, but now there is an alleged cheating scandal that is being reported after sending a message on Instagram.

Apollo wrote on Instagram account Mofunsize inquiring where the woman who is known as a "bestie." Apollo posted on the photo," Where are you at" and later corrected himself saying, "Sorry, I meant to ask where is she. Did you not have time to roll with her?"

Real Housewives of Atlanta stars, Apollo Nida and Phaedra Parks say they will never divorce despite facing some serious fraud charges and cheating rumors.

In a previous twitter post, Apollo was asked If he and his wife have decide to separate and he responded, "NEVER!!!!"

 Reality Tea.com reported that Nida's alleged mistress may appear on RHOA if Phaedra decides to ditch her husband. This isn't the first time Apollo was accused of some shady cheating business.

 The cheating rumors comes after TMZ reported that Apollo has been charged for identity theft after the Secret Service's Counterfeit and U.S. Treasury Check Squad alleged that the former convict created mock-up companies to obtain people's personal information for fraudulent reasons.

The entertainment site claims that the reality star then opened fake bank accounts and stole U.S. Treasury checks, stolen retirement checks from Delta Airline employees and unclaimed tax money.
