'BANGERSZ Tour' can't distract 'hurt' Miley Cyrus from ex-fiance Liam Hemsworth's new romance with 'Vampire Diaries' beauty Nina Dobrev [RUMOR]

Whether or not the rumors are true about Liam Hemsworth and Nina Dobrev starting up a romantic relationship, the Hunger Games hunk's ex-fiancée, Miley Cyrus, is reportedly "hurt" by this news. Insiders claim the recent start of Miley's "BANGERZ Tour" isn't enough to keep her mind off of her failed engagement and Liam moving on to the Vampire Diaries star.

"The tour has been helping take her mind off Liam, because she has no choice but to be really focused, but when she heard about Liam and Nina of course she was upset," an insider explained to Hollywood Life. "She hasn't spoken to him in a while and she tries not to think about him with other girls but she heard about it and it hurt. She's just trying to move on though, and not obsess."

Miley and Hemsworth called off their engagement in August of 2013, but these sources claim there's still some lingering feelings, at least on Miley's end.

Back in December of 2013, Miley spoke to Cosmopolitan about her recent break up, explaining her hopes of getting through the heartache.

"I need to treat my music like a relationship - give it my time and all the attention it deserves - and that's my main love right now," she said at the time. "This is the best time of my life. I'm not going to look back on it and be like, 'I wish I hadn't been dwelling over a breakup,' you know?"
