Scandal returns Thursday, Feb. 27.  Fans can expect another bombshell announcement from Sally Langston in the Spring premiere episode, "Ride, Sally, Ride." The show airs at 11:00 p.m. EST.

The Winter finale left fans undoubtedly unsettled: Sally murdered her husband, Daniel, after seeing Cyrus's photo-evidence of his affair with James; Mellie jumps for joy over Daniel's death; Rowen, Olivia's dad, was booted from the being the head of the top secret assassination squad, B613; Olivia's mom, Maya/Marie, escaped capture in Hong Kong after Olivia realized Maya/Marie was actually the terrorist Rowen said she was; Huck tortured Quinn for a little bit; Quinn is back and fourth about becoming Bonnie and Clyde with Charlie; Abby continues to manipulate David into getting her top-secret information; and Harrison's past seems to be catching up to him.

Fans were left with a phone call scene between Maya/Marie and Olivia with the White House in the background.  This bread crumb let everyone know that Maya/Marie was still on the scene and would be in touch with the gladiators.  The end of the Winter finale also let everyone see that David received a tape of Sally's call to Cyrus, the call that she confesses to murdering her husband.

In an video from ABC, Kerry Washington said, "...Thank you guys for being so patient with us and for staying excited and committed and full of love for our show. We love you guys. We love our gladiators. We cannot wait to be back and we will be back soon! And it will be worth the wait. I promise you."
