Singer D. Woods says that she might reunite with Danity Kane, but she's looking for the perfect time to join them, but understands that conflict in schedule may have them go in opposite directions.

In an interview with HipHollywood D. Woods explained, "It's just timing. It just has to make sense. I'm definitely spreading my wings and if it makes sense with all the plans that my team is putting together for me, then we can do it. And if not, I wish them well."

D.Woods said when the girls regrouped last year, she was busy working on another project, "I'm just moving forward," she explained. "As you see I'm heavily involved. At the time when they [Danity Kane] decided to put this [reunion] together, I was heavily involved in another theater production I was doing with Lynn Whitfield in Atlanta."

MStars News previously reported:

Girl group, Danity Kane may be sued by former member D. Woods after she was left out of the reunion. According to Mrldavis.com, D. Woods explained that she was unaware of the reunion and learned about the comeback through the media.

"I found out about the Danity Kane reunion the same way everyone else did, on line and on TMZ. I was in rehearsal for a major production in Atlanta and heard they had a lunch in LA and I wasn't invited. As you know its been 5 years and we all have been involved with projects to continue our careers when there was no communication or desire to reunite during that time." She said, "But when trying to explore options on how to reunite with them and honor prior commitments I was met with resistance and they chose to move on without me. I have always left the door open to considering the reunion."

D. Woods hinted that she may fight over the groups name since she owns rights to it.

"All five of members have always been and still are equal part owners in the name Danity Kane. Still having ties to the name and trade mark, when I was presented an opportunity for all five members for a TV show and tour, I shared that with the group's manager. However, I was told they wanted to continue using the name as four. So we will see."

The group claimed the split was amicable, however Aubrey O'Day's jab at D. Woods on Twitter made it clear that there will be a bigger fight ahead.

"Do you spend your time takin interviews.. or do you work?"

D. Wood's responded, "That was cute ‪@aubreyoday my attorney will be coming for my cut off that WORK ‪#stillusingmyvocals"
