Kim Kardashian butt implant/injections RUMORS, Kanye West's fiancee fights back on Twitter: 'Get a life, I'm not perfect!' Starlet still worries about losing North West baby weight

Several gossip tabloids insist that reality starlet Kim Kardashian recently got butt implants or injections to make her infamous booty look even bigger. And the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" beauty is simply sick of such ridiculous rumors.

InTouch also ran this crazy cover story:

An alleged insider reveals, "She's obviously gained weight... Kim is desperate to lose weight, but she gets lazy and loves to eat."

Apparently, Kardashian is scared she'll look "atrocious" and be "humiliated" at her wedding to baby daddy Kanye West.

No mention of "butt implants," but still pretty harsh.

So here's what Kim K finally has to say about it...

@KimKardashian: "I'm seeing all these nonsense tabloids claiming I have butt implants-injections. Get a life! Using pics of me 15lbs skinnier (before I had my baby) comparing to me now! I still have weight to lose. Anyone who has had a baby knows how hard it is to lose weight(especially the last bit of weight) & your body totally changes! Making fun of me pregnant & making fun of me trying to lose weight now shame on you. I'm not perfect but I will never conform to your skinny standards sorry! Not me. And BTW I've lost a lot so far & I'm proud of that! Don't give young girls a complex!"

She also tweeted:

@KimKardashian: "BTW tabloid...please don't photoshop my clothes! If they photoshop my clothes who knows what else they tweak."

Obviously Kardashian still has an issue with her baby weight, which is why she's recently avoided the paparazzi.

But she won't let the insane booty buzz tear her down. You go girl!
