The Big Tournament brings out all the celebrities for one of HBCU's biggest weekends, Diddy, Draya, Kevin Hart, Nelly, Mary J. Blige and more ( see photos)

Charlotte, N.C. looked more like Los Angeles this past weekend, as multiple celebrities came out to party and celebrate the Big Tournament, also known as CIAA.

The HBCU basketball tournament represents the colleges and universities of Bowie State University, Chowan University, Elizabeth City State University, Fayetteville State University, Johnson C. Smith University, Lincoln University of Pennsylvania, Livingstone College, St. Augustine’s University, Shaw University, Virginia State University, Virginia Union University and Winston-Salem State University that come together for one huge weekend in March that includes activities such as, stepshows, basketball, shopping, meeting old college friends, representing your alumni, crowning a queen, cheerleading exhibitions, and most of the celebrities.

There were hundreds of parties ranging from old school, including, BBD, Biz Markie, MC Lyte, Uncle Luke, SWV, Mary J. Blige, Doug E. Fresh, and more. Also there were parties representing the now, music of today, including artist like, Lil Wayne, Future, Rick Ross, Diddy, Young Jeezy, Fabolous and more.

Reality TV stars, like Basketball Wives of L.A, Draya and Hollywood Exes, Nicole Murphy, and Gabe Solis of Braxton Family Values were also in attendance.

Being Mary Jane, actor Omari Hardwick was also in attendance at the Charlotte Convention City, taking photos and signing autographs to fans. Comedian and actor, Kevin Hart was also in attendance.
