Looks like America's favorite hamburger has one unhappy customer. MStars has learned that a California man is suing the fast food company for $1.5 million because he only received one napkin when he ordered his meal.

Webster Lucas claims that he was short on napkins at a McDonalds in Pacoima, CA in January on the 29th after he ordered a Quarter Pounder Deluxe.

Lucas says that when he went back to ask for more napkins, the manager was rude insisting that the customer already had enough. The lawsuit reveals that Lucas, who is African American said, ""I should have went to eat at the Jack-in-the-Box because I didn't come here to argue over napkins. I came here to eat."

Lucas said things took a racial turn when he claimed the manager, ( a Mexican American ) said something off the lines of, "you people."

After emailing the general manager to report the dispute, Lucas insist that he couldn't focus at work because of the "undue mental anguish" he suffered from the napkin incident. The California resident says that he was offered free  burgers in return.

Burgers are not enough for this fast food lover.
