New York Knicks baller, Raymond Felton is in the hot seat and has pending divorce on the line because he committed "adultery," while being married to his estranged wife, Ariane Raymondo Felton.

The divorce documents revealed that Mrs. Felton and her Knicks player husband filed for divorce on February 18, because Ariane claims Felton is a compulsive cheater.

MStars previously reported that Ariane reported to police that her husband pulled a gun on her, after they got into an heated argument on February 24.  She said, ‘He’s out doing his thing.’ Looks like he was [having sex with] some girl on the side. They were arguing about bulls–t domestic stuff, but on this last one he pulled the gun, she said."

The 26-year-old turned in the gun, and it was determined to be illegal. Felton who turned himself in along with his lawyer, told everyone in happier days at his wedding on a video that "I got her, I love her, I cherish her and she is finally my wife,” Felton continued. "Beautiful as ever, from the first day I met her. I’m going to take care of her. You have my word. I promise you. No matter what it is, I’m always there for you. I love you.”

Well looks like that 19 month fairy tale is over. The couple who were married on July 28, 2012 will have to settle in court. TMZ reports that Ariane didn't go into detail about husband committing adultery, only on paper..but the documents reveal that she did request the judge to cancel their pre-nup.

It seems that Mrs. Felton wants the prenup out the way in court, but the reason is unknown. She is asking for "maintenance" in other words, alimony. The law student wants her baller husband to finish paying for her last two years of law school at Fordham University.
