A brand new series starring Clive Owen from Steven Soderbergh is coming to Cinemax and we're excited for it! Entitled The Knick, this upcoming 2014 drama will explore the start of the 20^th century in the world of medicine and surgery. This week we were treated to some bloody new teaser clips for The Knick and they just got us more excited for the summer premiere.

Here is the synopsis for The Knick:

Set in downtown New York in 1900, The Knick centers on Knickerbocker Hospital and the groundbreaking surgeons, nurses and staff, who push the bounds of medicine in a time of astonishingly high mortality rates and zero antibiotics.
