RHONJ Teresa Giudice, Joe Giudice guilty plea & divorce rumors UPDATE: Giudice children going with brother,Joe Gorga while couple in jail?

Real Housewives of New Jersey reality star, Teresa Giudice and her husband, Joe Giudice have plead guilty in several fraud charges for multiple mortgages and bankruptcy.

The Bravo reality stars will be sentenced July 8^th after admitting to several counts of bankruptcy fraud, conspiracy to commit mail fraud and wire fraud, and failing to pay taxes. In a statement to Us Weekly, Teresa acknowledged their fraud intent and apologized for their actions.

"Today, I took responsibility for a series of mistakes I made several years ago," Teresa said. "I have said throughout that I respect the legal process and thus I intend to address the court directly at sentencing. I will describe the choices I made, continue to take responsibility for my decisions, and express my remorse to Judge Salas and the public."

Teresa added, "I am heartbroken that this is affecting my family -- especially my four young daughters, who mean more to me than anything in the world," she continued. "Beyond this, I do not intend to speak specifically about the case outside of court, at the recommendation of my attorney and out of deference to the government and our legal system."

The pair is expected to face years in prison according to NBC New York: Joe, 43, faces 37 to 46 months, as Teresa faces 21 to 27 months.

Now two questions that everyone is wondering:

1.     Who will take care of the couple's four mall children: Gia, 13, Gabriella, 11, Milania, 9, and Audriana, 5?

2.     Will Teresa finally file for divorce from Joe?

"Real Housewives of New Jersey" star Teresa Giudice may be heading to divorce after all. A source claims that her husband, Joe Giudice hasn't been the greatest husband, and continues to cheat on the reality star while she goes out of town for business.

According to RadarOnline.com, a source close to the family said that despite all the legal woes that he's facing, Joe continues to step out of his marriage with random women, "He does this every time that she goes out of town," the source said. "There is something seriously wrong here that every time that she's away, every time that she does something, this man is doing his thing. Every time! It's like he can't wait."

While Teresa continues to be the breadwinner of the Giudice family, Joe allegedly continues to spend their finances on other women the source said, "She goes out, she makes the money and this son of a b***h goes and spends it on someone else."
