Although two of The Real Housewives of New Jersey stars may be going to jail, MStars has learned that this new chapter won't keep Teresa and Joe Giudice away from the Bravo TV cameras.

A rep for the network has confirmed that the reality show is currently filming the sixth season, and they add that the soon-to-be jailhouse prisoners are included in the latest series.

While in court Tuesday, a lawyer representing Teresa Giudice stated that the mother of 4 will continue to shoot on the new series until her sentencing on July 8.

TMZ noted that the couple's legal battle will be apart of the upcoming episodes and that Bravo TV plans to finish filming the entire season before the sentencing.

The Giudice's pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud and three types of bankruptcy fraud. Joe, who is an Italian citizen, and could be deported pleaded guilty to failing to file a tax return for 2004. He did acknowledge that he didn't file taxes on income of approximately $1 million between 2004, and 2008.

Henry Klingeman, Teresa's lawyer read a statement made by the cookbook star. It said, Teresa takes responsibility "for a series of mistakes I made several years ago" and that she plans to make another statement in court when the duo is sentenced on July 8.

"I will describe the choices I made, continue to take responsibility for my decisions and express my remorse to Judge Salas and the public," she wrote. "I am heartbroken that this is affecting my family - especially my four young daughters, who mean more to me than anything in the world."

Miles Fienstein, Joe's attorney noted that because Joe is an Italian citizen, he could be deported after his prison term. The former business owner came to the U.S. as an infant and didn't not know he wasn't an American citizen.

"It would be a grave injustice, and inhumane, for him to be deported," Feinstein added.
