It's one of the biggest talking points when NFL free agency begins each year, and it hasn't disappointed. Day one seen some huge surprises, with millions of dollars being spent on upgrading their respective teams. After seeing the Seattle Seahawks use free agency to bolster their squad ahead of their NFL Super Bowl victory many teams appear ready to follow their lead.

Seahawks' Michael Bennett was a top target, but he decided to stay in Seattle, signing a four-year, $28.5 million deal, meaning teams would have to spend their big funds on other targets. Donte Whitner left the San Francisco 49ers for the improving Cleveland Browns, in a move that showed the serious intent in place with the new management. As well as the Browns, the Denver Broncos look set to use free agency to the maximum, after targeting several players.

Troubled Darrelle Revis was released by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and has signed a one-year deal to join the New England Patriots, while Eric Decker left Super Bowl runner ups the Denver Broncos for the New York Jets, in one of the biggest moves so far. The talented receiver will earn $36.25 million over his five-year contract.

With many players already available and many still being released it looks like the NFL free agency is about to get crazy. The remainder of free agency will add some clarity on the upcoming NFL draft. Expect stars like Ben Tate and Steve Smith to find new NFL teams within the coming days. Which star should your team target?
