Lady Gaga concerts are always full of surprises. And Mother Monster definitely didn't fail to impress at SXSW on Thursday (March 13).

While performing her hit song "Swine," the pop songstress lead a fan up onstage and let the self-proclaimed "vomit painter" puke on her!

The "Vomit Queen" has a name - Millie Brown. And yes, throwing up is her actual profession. According to TMZ, she is known for drinking various (colorful) liquids and up-chucking them up onto a canvas. It's considered art.

In this case, Brown's final masterpiece landed all over Gaga.
