Supernatural Season 9 continues on Tuesday, but today we've got some spoilers on the March 25 episode entitled "Mother's Little Helper." This installment features Misha Collins behind the camera as director and the return of an important character.

TVLine has obtained some photos of the episode, and the first two show Collins as director with a Sam Winchester t-shirt. Make of this what you will. The third picture shows Collins outdoors in a puffy jacket as he directs.

The next handful of photos reveal the return of Gil McKinney as Henry Winchester, Sam and Dean's paternal grandfather, and Alaina Huffman as his female companion Josie Sands, who becomes Abaddon.

Then we have Dean looking upset with an empty bottle of alcohol in front of him. He reads a piece of paper with a curious look on his face as Sam stands behind him. The next photos show the two brothers sitting at separate desks and looking at each other.

Another photo shows a woman with a knife through her hand, and the final two photos show Sam in a suit.

Sam meet an elderly woman in this episode who tells him that the Men of Letters came to her town in 1958, and the representatives were Henry Winchester and Josie Sands, according to TVLine. Dean also "struggles with the aftereffects of the Mark of Cain and being tested by Crowley during Sam's absence," which gives an indication of what happens in Tuesday's episode.
